By now you’ve probably heard of the former Real Housewife who’s hocking a fox fur bikini treatment to women with discretionary income in Manhattan. But unless you’ve had the procedure done to yourself, you’ve probably never seen what it looks like up close. That changes now.

Spa Week went behind the scenes at Cindy Barshop‘s New York City waxing station Completely Bare to see just what goes into the new and controversial Foxy Bikini. First you get a wax (or a laser treatment) and then a technician glues the fur onto your crotch. Afterward your new fancy pubic hair gets a trim and a few extra touches, et voila! For $225, your nether regions become transformed into the fanciest place on your body.

EW that is SO trashy. Not only that, but animals are killed in really bad ways too. :( They get beaten to death or have a live wire stuck up their butts to kill them without ruining the fur. How disgusting.
