Did Kate Gosselin Get Botox?
We never thought we’d be doing this but yes, this is a post on Kate Gosselin. There are some rumors afloat that the mother of eight and ex of Jon has had Botox. And not only Botox, but bad Botox. A surgeon (who has never treated Ms. Gosselin, of course) told Us Magazine that it was “done poorly.”
According to a before and after photo — which we’ve included top left, for your reference — she looked “much better in the earlier photo” as opposed to the latter one, in which “the lateral part of her brow is elevated in an abnormally high position.”
We’d keep quoting but we think you get the point. Which is to say: there really isn’t one. Kate Gosselin is, for better or for worse, a celebrity, but we honestly can’t remember the last time a celebrity got the “Did she get botox?!” treatment. Plastic surgery, yes. Pregnancy, duh. Divorce, absolutely. But a cover story about the possibility of injectables? Really?
Now we’re not saying we’re pro-Botox. We’re pro whatever makes you happy. We’re also pro not having random doctors offer speculative diagnoses for people they’ve never even met.
