Good Luck Finding The Essie Nail Polish Kate Wore In Stores Ever Again

We’re really just fueling the royal wedding fire now, but whatever. We know what nail polish Kate wore on her special day. Do you?

In the spirit of being servicey, we are compelled to tell you that her nails were painted with Essie‘s sophisticated and subtle Allure. Now that you know, good luck finding it! We have a feeling it will sell out everywhere in record time. Or something.

(By the way, it retails for $8, but you can totally find it on Amazon for less than $4.)

So, let’s break this whole thing down…

Things you will (probably) never have:
• a custom Sarah Burton/Alexander McQueen wedding gown
• a tiara
• a prince husband
• a royal title
• that face

Thing you could have:
• a bottle of Essie Allure nail polish

    “That face?” Um, okay – here we go again. Just like with Diana. The mythologizing begins. The truth is, like Diana, she’s average, and just barely pretty. The media wrote about Diana as if she had a beauty to rival Liz Taylor….now, yet another plain Jane is getting the treatment.

    I disagree. Kate is way beyond “average” and so was Diana. Of course, as always, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You see average and I see very beautiful.

    This is getting too ridiculous…nail polish??? What color were her knickers?

    I just want to say how much I hate Essie polish. The colors are beautiful, but its streaky, I can never get an even coat and it chips like crazy. Forget it. Even $1.99 Sinful Colors are waaaaay better than that stuff.
