Watch out Chloe Nørgaard, you’re about to have a lot more competition in the harlequin hair department.
According to WWD, L’Oréal will be releasing a new colorant line called Hairchalk, in a range of eight high-octane colors including pink, blue, and even bronze meant for mixing and matching. After you apply the product to hair strands, it dries with a powdery finish that will fade away after two to 10 washes. While the chalk is intended to be used at hair salons, it will also be available for at-home application.
Each Hairchalk bottle, priced at 25 euros, or $33.65 at current exchange, will contain 10 applications. The colorant will hit the European market mid-November, while us Americans will have to wait until March 2014.
