One Direction Is Releasing A Women’s Perfume
The over-saturated celebrity fragrance market is going to have to find some room for One Direction‘s forthcoming scent. Wait, what’s that noise? Oh, just girls around the world screaming at the news.
The Brit band (whose members we just found out are named Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson) landed a deal with Olivann Beauty to launch a fragrance and corresponding products, like scented body lotion, probably. The project has been six months in the making, and will launch next fall in department stores to coincide with the band’s global tour.
Of course, since One Direction shares the tween audience with Justin Bieber, which begs the question: will their scent hit the $1 million mark in a week like the Bieber’s? Find out… next year.
