WATCH: Snooki Brings Back The Pouf On Letterman

Say what you will to about Nicole Polizzi — better known as Snooki from The Jersey Shore — but it’s hard to deny the unique appeal of the girl’s hair. In her own special way, Polizzi is participating in the resurgence of classic ’60s style with the same verve and gusto you’ll hear most fashion editors talking about. She’s just putting it on top of her head.

And, circa last night’s airing of The Late Show with David Letterman, the pouf is back! We were trés tristes to see that the high hairstyle wasn’t in its proper place atop Snooki’s cranium at the MTV Video Music Awards, but now that it’s back we’re resting easy. A few paparazzi photos of Snooki going into the studio to tape the show prove that she must have restored her signature coiffure for the show, and we’re hoping it stays there for good.
