A New Jersey woman is suing her plastic surgeon after an eyelid procedure in 2005 left her unable to close her eyes. Marilyn Leisz‘s surgeon Dr. Paul Parker says she came to him to correct bumps on her eyelids from a previous cosmetic surgery — and says that he warned her of this potential side effect.

Leisz complains that she can’t even close her eyes to sleep, and has had to give up her favorite activities like tennis and horseback riding for fear of injuring her eyes. Yikes. Who’s to blame though? Check it out for yourself below.

If I’m going to have this surgery I would never just consult 1 or 2 or 3 doctors. I would get as many opinions as I could before anyone put me under and took a knife to my body (my face especially!).
