WATCH: Botox Mom Being Investigated By Child Protective Services

In news that should surprise absolutely no one, a mother who regularly injects her 8-year-old daughter with Botox (and who unapologetically defended her actions on national television) is now being investigated by the human services agency in her hometown of San Francisco.

We introduced you to 8-year-old Britney Campbell and her mother Kerry back in March. On Thursday, the pair were interviewed on Good Morning America, where Kerry claimed Britney had asked for the injections herself and that giving Botox to an 8-year-old girl was standard operating procedure in the cutthroat world of child pageantry.

The good news as of this morning: GMA reports that the San Francisco Human Services Agency has launched an investigation into Britney’s mother. “It’s pretty unusual for a mom to be injecting an 8-year-old with Botox and certainly is grounds for investigation,” a spokesperson told the show.

Thank goodness.

    Amen. What mother in her right mind would do that to a child?  NO 8 year old has wrinkles.

     After the interview, the talking heads in studio were simply shocked.  Those are dimples, honey, not wrinkles.  Boy, I hope this poor little girl isn’t screwed up for life.

    After this insanity, children beauty contests should be investigated.  The doctor who furnished the botox should be brought up on charges, along with the mother.  If this had been cannabis or other drugs, the mother was giving her child, she would be in prison already!  So why not with this sickening drug?
