Model Sues Abercrombie Over Masturbation-Filled Photo Shoot

Former Abercrombie & Fitch employee Benjamine Bowers is suing the retailer for $1 million. Bowers alleges that he had to masturbate for a photo shoot last June.

TMZ reports that A & F’s casting director referred Bowers (then a store employee) to modeling agent Brian Hilburn, who allegedly asked Bowers to masturbate while naked for a photo shoot and then whipped out his own penis. According to the interwebs, Hilburn is the president of AIG Model & Talent Management. Sounds legitimate, right? Well, the company’s and Hilburn’s personal Twitter accounts are protected, the agency’s Blogger page just displays rotating cogwheels, and the company website has very little information. Needless to say, this Hilburn fellow and his agency seem shady.

Anyway, Bowers flew out to Hilburn’s headquarters in Jackson, Mississippi for the creepy-sounding shoot. The goal was to achieve a relaxed look that apparently could only be brought about via masturbation. So Bowers got naked and did what he was asked to do. After Bowers was done, he alleges that Hillburn dropped his pants and began chatting about penis size.

Now Bowers is suing A&F for a cool $1 million because he “feels used and believes the photos were never intended to help his career … but just to give Hilburn a cheap thrill”.  Uh, it took him this long to figure that out? Despite the lawsuit, it seems like Bowers’s modeling career is taking off. According to his Facebook page, he’s been featured in VMAN and he pals around with Janice Dickinson.
