WATCH: Anderson Gives Alexa Chung Her Very Own Hula Hoop Bag
As easy as it is to make fun of the infamous hula hoop bag that was sent down the runway at Chanel‘s spring show, we not-so-secretly wish we had one to call our own (just think of all the things we could hang on it at the beach! Thanks for the tip Karl!)
Unfortunately it probably has yet to go into production, much less hit stores — and admittedly we might be slightly hesitant to blow our whole rent check on it when it does — but luckily Anderson Cooper has proven that it is a totally feasible DIY project. Alexa Chung appeared on his talk show Anderson yesterday to lend her discerning eye and industry knowledge to his segment on the over-the-top design. As thanks, Cooper presented her with a hula hoop bag to call her own, customized, no less, with her initials in place of the interlocking Cs!
Who knew Anderson was such a budding couturier?
