American Apparel Dips Its Porny Brush Into Watercolor
Today in American Apparel advertising: watercolor porn. First came the line drawings, then the pencil sketches, and now we have a pastel-colored watercolor featuring an Eighties-styled blonde and no less than three pairs of breasts.
Copyranter attributes the art to one Boris Lopez, the same man who drew the pencil ads featuring two very young-looking girls.
We’ve grown so tired of the brand’s marketing antics that we could barely muster enough disdain to roll our eyes on this one, but we’re curious to know what you think. At the very least, it makes for an interesting discussion of what is and is not “Safe For Work”, we suppose.
