Music’s biggest and brightest stars showed up at the American Music Awards last night wearing versions of their standard red carpet uniforms.

Taylor Swift wore something long, pale, and sparkly — with great green earrings and a super cool ponytail. Selena Gomez channeled old school glamour, Mary J. Blige took a walk on the wild side, Jennifer Hudson showed off her figure, and Jennifer Lopez vamped it up with plenty of sheer fabric. Our two costumed ladies didn’t stray too much either. Pink-haired Katy Perry opted for an Asian print dress and some crazy awesome hair accessories, while also-pink-haired Nicki Minaj managed to make Oscar de la Renta look practically avant garde.
