WATCH: ANTM Contestants Eat Haggis And Pigs’ Feet
Here’s a good Friday morning eye opener: this week’s episode of America’s Next Top Model U.S. vs. U.K. involved one of the most gruesome challenges we’ve ever seen (and we’ve been watching since the Adrianne days). Ever the wily host, Tyra Banks decides to pit the American contestants against the British ones by having the the girls sample “delicacies” from each other’s countries.
Needless to say, there was nary a pastry in sight. The Americans were subjected to treats such as haggis, Marmite, and sardines, while the Brits were faced with grits, pigs’ feet, and peanut butter. Of course, they abandoned any modicum of civility and allowed their gag reflexes to take full control.
The result is a recipe of mild amusement made up of one part “Oh my god, is she really going to eat that?” and two parts nausea. Fear Factor, eat your heart out.
