PHOTOS: Who Was Best Dressed In California Last Night?
California got a good dose of star power last night. Sarah Jessica Parker, Kate Hudson, and Katy Perry attended the amfAR Inspiration Gala in Los Angeles, while Lindsay Lohan and Kimora Lee Simmons celebrated wellness drink Mr. Pink Ginseng out in Beverly Hills. Okay, so maybe the latter event was filled with B- and C-listers, but at least some showed up in pulled-together outfits!
Let’s get the bad outfits over with first. Lindsay Lohan left her pants at home, opting for a nude mini dress and debuting her freshly-dyed locks. Lynn Renee‘s rose gold dress unfortunately matched her skin tone, and Josie Davis and Paulina Gretzky chose typical short, super-tight frocks that must’ve required some heavy duty Spanx. As for the event’s better dressed celeb, we do like Kimora Lee Simmons‘ ivory number — wearing white after Labor Day never looked so good.
Now, onto the good looks! We’ve got to hand it to Parker, Hudson, and Perry for owning their glam ensembles. The Sex and the City star and Glee guest went with a vintage Chanel jumpsuit and a cool tassel necklace, while Hudson wore a fiery red Prabal Gurung dress, and Perry chose a romantic floral Naeem Khan gown. The ladies definitely brought their A-game, and with such amazing looks, we can’t really pick a best dressed.
