WATCH: Amy Poehler Explains Her Secret Stock Model Past
Last night, Amy Poehler dropped by Jimmy Kimmel Live, where the host quizzed her about her kids, her show, and how exactly she ended up in those strange stock photos dressed up as a candy striper.
Poehler told Kimmel she and her friends used to take the photos for extra cash during their broke twenties. (Apparently it was as lucrative an option as donating blood.) While she had a good sense of humor about the whole thing, she did seem a little bummed that the images are now on the internet.
“What’s such a bummer is that when other actresses get their old modeling pictures on the internet, they’re like really young and sexy and I look like a sociopath who’s going to smother a man with a pillow.”
