Anna Dello Russo Blames The Blizzard For Her Late NYFW Arrival

Anna Dello Russo has been noticeably missing at New York Fashion Week. Show goers and street style photographers haven’t caught sight of the over-the-top editor all week until she finally showed up at Marc by Marc Jacobs Monday night, and Diesel Black Gold and Rodarte on Tuesday.

While the weather has certainly been much nicer since Dello Russo’s arrival, she blames her delay on last week’s blizzard, which forced Marc Jacobs to postpone his show. We caught up with Dello Russo after the Diesel Black Gold show, who was dressed in head-to-toe Prada spring 2013, and she told us:

“Ah, snow! Ah no, because I came last night. I survived because I was in Italy in my warm house. The flight was cancelled from every part of the world, then I couldn’t come. [I waited] a couple of days, then the situation was much better. Finally, I landed yesterday.”

And thank goodness she did — we were missing some OTT ADR in our lives. Just look at that outfit:
