Play Nice With Doll Versions Of Anna And Grace

While we don’t normally associate words like “cute”, “sweet”, or “adorable” with Anna Wintour, a new doll by Brooklyn-based artist Andrew Yang may change things.

Commissioned by Barney’s in honor of their Fashion’s Night Out celebration, the doll is hand-made, hand-sewn, and features a perfectly trimmed bob that Yang cut himself. And because everything awesome comes in pairs, there’s also a Grace Coddington version, should flame-haired creative geniuses be more up your alley. The Coddington doll features Grace’s signature locks, which Yang said were the perfect color, but required a perm. As for the clothes, they’re generic. “It would have been unfair to single out specific designers,” he explains.

The dolls, both one-of-a-kind, will be up for auction on CharityBuzz.com, and proceeds will benefit The New York City Aids Fund.

Doll or not, PETA still wouldn’t associate “Cute” with “Wintour”.

PETA’s spreading the word about what they hope will become the Anna Wintour Voodoo doll!

  • http://howtodovoodoo.com/ how to make voodoo dolls

Anna Wintour’s and Grace Coddington’s version of voodoo dolls were stunning. And this is a good idea because this will help for the funding of the New York City Aids. I guess this will be better if there are other version of voodoo dolls beside from Anna and grace. Sometimes when I do nothing and when I’m free I made a voodoo dolls with the used of grass; In fact I made them well.
