WATCH: Anna Offers Investment Advice To Chinese President

Did you know Anna Wintour is attending the Chinese State Dinner tonight? Because she is. As is Vera Wang! (Which is why everyone thought Michelle Obama would be donning one of her dresses. Instead she wore McQueen!) Anyway! No photos of them yet, but we do have video of the Vogue editrix’s arrival.

Ms. Wintour took only one question from the pool:

Reporter: Who are you most interested in talking to tonight?
Wintour: The Chinese Premier.
Reporter: What will you ask him?
Wintour: Will he invest some money in chinese fashion?

I just read a (hilarious) blog, C’EST DEMODE, that noted: Anna Wintour wore the SAME outfit to the CFDA Awards and she was completely underdressed to the dinner… everyone else was wearing floor length gowns!!!

DING!Seem’s like Miss Obama isn’t the only one who thought that wearing a foreign designer was a good Idea to that AMERICAN dinner… AMERICAN!
But I do like her a lot, it’s just I don’t understand how Anna Wintour, & Michelle Obama wasn’t fashionably thinking about where exactly they where attending to that night.
