PHOTO: Anthony Weiner Posed For Cosmo!
In hilarious, perhaps fortuitous, and decidedly appropriate news, New York State Representative Anthony Weiner posed for Cosmopolitan as a newbie politician some time around 1996.
The glossy listed the then 31-year-old Weiner as one of their “101 Gorgeous Real Life Bachelors,” and even peppered him with a few questions. A few excerpts:
First Lady: “Someone smarter than me. I want to be sucked back into the throes of love — isn’t that what everybody really wants?
On a day off, you’d catch me… “I hate days off, but I guess I’d try on clothes I couldn’t afford.
Favorite Cartoon Character: Newt Gingrich, for obvious reasons.
There are so many ironies to point out, including the fact that his pasttime once involved putting clothing on and that his entry is oh-so-sadly titled, “The Future President?”
