What better way to promote your 20/20 special on plastic surgery than by interviewing Joan Rivers? Barbara Walters did just that — and perhaps got a little more than she bargained for when she asked the comedian what she thought was the most extreme form of plastic surgery out there.

The clip is worth watching mainly for Barbara’s reaction, which you can see above, but also because Rivers is just so shameless.
