WATCH: Beyonce’s Video For ‘I Was Here’ Will Give You Goosebumps

Filmed earlier this week during Beyonce’s performance at the United Nations in New York City, the official video for “I Was Here” is finally, well, here. And it was worth waiting for.

While we were certainly obsessed with the Roseland Ballroom stand-in video (in which she revealed her wedding dress!), this version is one for the books. Inspired by the iconic video for Michael Jackson’s “Man In The Mirror”, Beyonce performs the already pretty heart-wrenching song in front of an incredible series of moving and inspiring images honoring the U.N.’s World Humanitarian Day on August 19th.

For her performance (and the video), Beyonce selected a flawlessly flattering, sequin-embellished, white column dress by Marc Bouwer. With her hair swept back in a sleek and simple pony and neutral makeup, Beyonce owned a look that was both arresting and classic — which is exactly how we’d describe this video.

Take a look below and let us know what you think.
