PHOTO: Beyoncé Wears ‘Obama’ Earrings

Beyoncé has always been a loud and proud supporter of President Barack Obama (and Michelle!), and her latest move is putting an earring on it.

Over the weekend, Bey went out to dinner in New York with Jay-Z sporting a pair of gold-tone hoop earrings with a dangling “Obama” charm. The $32 accessory is part of jewelry designer Erika Peña‘s Obama collection, which includes a silver version of the earrings for $28. Affordable baubles that literally make a statement is a pretty winning combo, but here’s the best part: it doesn’t seem like either style is sold out yet!

Peña is a Parsons alum, and has worked with brands like Donna Karan and Josie Natori. Her accessories have been featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and Glamour, among others. A quick look at Peña’s Facebook page reveals that the designer is pretty darn happy Bey is sporting her designs. And seriously, which designer wouldn’t be?
