LOOK: Beyonce Tames A Hyena In Givenchy Haute Couture
Step back, Lady Gaga! Beyonce‘s music video for Run The World (Girls) found its way to YouTube late Wednesday, and it is chock full of Fashion with a capital F. Beyonce filled a post-apocalyptic world with looks from the most major of major fashion houses, including Alexander McQueen and Givenchy. But not just regular Givenchy — Givenchy Haute Couture.
Beyonce also wore looks from Norma Kamali, Pucci, Gareth Pugh and a few jewelry designers we’re sad to say we’re not familiar with. But all of the looks were amazing, just like the song. As much as it is about female empowerment, we couldn’t help but notice how utterly powerful the clothes were on their own. A strong lady in strong dresses? Now that’s something we can always get behind.
