Brad Pitt ‘Kind Of Liked’ His Chanel No. 5 Ads
Brad Pitt‘s Chanel No. 5 campaign has been the butt of many jokes since it dropped last month, perplexing audiences with its rambling script and disheveled leading man, but as it turns out, the actor himself hasn’t seen any of the parodies. Not this one. Or this one. Or even this one. “I’ve been overseas, so I’ve been blissfully protected,” Pitt told Access Hollywood at a junket for his new movie Killing Them Softly.
And the idea of everyone from Conan O’Brien to Saturday Night Live poking fun at him doesn’t seem to faze him either: “I haven’t [seen the parodies], but I say absolutely fair play, fair play.”
We’d probably shrug it off, too, if we’d taken home a reported $7 million for dramatically reciting a few lines. “I kind of liked it…” he continued, of the campaign. That said, he wouldn’t be able to sniff out the fragrance he’s shilling from a lineup: “That I can’t.” Guess that means it isn’t exactly Angelina‘s signature scent.
