Is Carla Bruni Pregnant With An Impossibly Chic French Child?

This could be totally true or totally false, but just the mere thought of Carla Bruni bringing another child into this world has us all sorts of excited.

The 43-year-old supermodel/French First Lady is the mother of a 10-year-old son named Aurélien, but if she is indeed once again pregnant, this would be her first kid with President Nicolas Sarkozy. Vogue UK explains Bruni’s people are not confirming or denying the rumor, adding: “French magazine Closer reports that ministers have been told not to share the news, as the former model is still in the early, fragile stages of pregnancy.” French newspapers are also abuzz with the news. That is all to say, we probably won’t know the truth for at least a couple more months.

A movie and a baby? 2011 could wind up being a big year for Bruni!
