Is 11-Year-Old Fashion Designer Cecilia Cassini For Real?

Cecilia Cassini is a fashion designer. She is 11 years old. And she kind of rubs us the wrong way. We’ve been watching the preteen for a while now, and we totally predicted that she would get her own reality show (a fact since confirmed by the Daily News). And this is not a good thing. Because watching Cecilia makes us cringe.

We generally love the combination of kids and fashion (and we report on it frequently), but something about Cecilia doesn’t seem quite genuine. Shades of Veruca Salt, perhaps? (Also, her style certainly doesn’t compare to Willow Smith’s.) But we’re not in the business of badmouthing 11-year-olds, so take a look and tell us what you think.
