WATCH: How Obsessed Are You With Chanel’s New Obsession Video?

Chanel is pretty obsessed with their own reflection lately, or at least that’s what the prevalence of mirrors in their recent crop of short films seems to indicate.

The latest, titled Obsession, stars British model/It-girl Edie Campbell, and we’ve gotta admit that we’re pretty obsessed with some of the styling it has to offer. Campbell portrays two different characters in the film: a sequin-clad, ultrafemme Parisienne, and a rockabilly tomboy in a turtleneck made of pearls (a covetable, if tricky, styling technique). Cyrille De Vignemont directed the clip, and according to his website, the film was inspired by a quote from the great Coco herself:

“Conceived as a mirror piece, the film illustrates Coco Chanel’s famous sentence ‘Luxury is something beautiful inside and out’ and plays on the star model’s identities: girl or boy, eternal or modern, but always marked by CHANEL Obsession.”

It’s safe to say we’re harboring a pretty serious Chanel Obsession. How about you?
