WATCH: Chloe Sevigny’s New Year’s Resolutions

While everyone else in the world is busy dusting off and airing out their LBDs for New Years Eve fetes, Chloe Segivny has already written her resolutions.

Well, OK — it’s not actually the beloved actress and style star, just some guy who bears a creepily good resemblance to her when he puts on a wig and a little makeup. Still, we don’t know any other actress who could inspire a drag queen to try to inspire all of YouTube to think outside the boot and really understand the color orange — and those are things everyone should do in 2011.
