PHOTO: Check Out This Mock-Up Of Coco Rocha’s Elle Cover!

The magazine cover process can be an elusive one. Sometimes we as readers are privy to behind-the-scenes peeks, and sometimes we catch some pretty ridiculous Photoshop action. But we never get to see exactly how a photo becomes a cover… until now, that is. And we have Coco Rocha to thank!

As we’ve noted before, Coco is a great tweeter, and last night she tweeted a link to a mock-up of her October Elle cover. The mag ultimately went with another image, but it’s totally fascinating to see an in-process cover. (Also, we kind of wish Elle actually had handwritten teasers — how cool do they look??)
