PHOTOS: Style Stars Panic, Play It Safe And Strange At Comic Con

Hollywood’s brightest showed up at Comic-Con this past week. But what ever is a normally red carpet-ready celebrity supposed to wear to a comic-themed convention? Apparently that’s the question some of our favorite and usually best-dressed ladies had some trouble answering.

Blake Lively, Scarlett Johansson, and Angelina Jolie — none of them looked bad, per se, but sticking to a black and white palette left their outfits lacking. And in some cases (ahem, Blake), their comic-inspired garbs were just plain weird.
