PHOTOS: The Best, Worst, And Weirdest Of The Comic-Con Red Carpet
Celebrities and über-nerds alike descended on San Diego yesterday for the first of four days of panels, previews, and crazy costumes otherwise known as Comic-Con.
The red carpet looks ran the gamut from sleek Michael Kors frocks (courtesy of Twilight‘s Ashley Greene) to full on Star Wars costumes. Laid back jeans-and-t-shirt looks were also a popular choice — after all, if you’re going wear denim on the red carpet, this is certainly the place to do so.
Though usually not a fan of the flashbulbs, Kristen Stewart looked very much in her element in a BCBG skirt, cropped white tee, and Barbara Bui hi-top sneakers. Look: she’s even smiling on the red carpet! Score one for the geeks. Michelle Williams went a more formal route in a Giulietta dress that was ever-so-pretty but perhaps a little too twee for Comic-Con.
Our pick for best dressed, however, has to go to the pack of Power Rangers. What can we say? We’re suckers for a good 90′s throwback.
