Dakota Fanning Wore Vintage Halston And Glasses This Weekend

At this weekend’s GLAAD Media Awards, Dakota Fanning was demure in a vintage beaded Halston dress with Manolo Blahnik heels and Fred Leighton jewels. But she surprised the crowd with an unexpected accessory — reading glasses. She whipped out a pair of specs in front of a crowd that included Lady Gaga, Chaz Bono, and Smash‘s Megan Hilty. Ballsy.

Last week, it was Kate Moss‘s geek chic ad for Vogue Eyewear, and now it’s Fanning’s cool specs — are glasses having a moment?
