PHOTOS: Apartment Porn Starring Diane von Furstenberg’s Penthouse

We’ve often wondered just what Diane von Furstenberg‘s insane penthouse looked like on the inside. When you walk past the DVF store in the Meatpacking District, all you can see is a polygonal glass roof to what we’ve always assumed was a super sick apartment. We were right.

Architectural Digest took a peek inside the designer’s home for its March issue, and it certainly doesn’t disappoint. Says DVF of her cool pad:

“Everybody told me when I came to this neighborhood that I was crazy—that it was full of drag queens, that it smelled awful because of all the butchers. All of that is true, and yet in a weird way the cobblestone streets remind me of Belgium.”
