Did Marc Jacobs And Lorenzo Martone Break Up?

Just one week after Marc Jacobs CEO Robert Duffy’s wedding come the rumors that Marc Jacobs and his longtime Brazillian partner Lorenzo Martone have broken up.

Though we (via the Boston Herald) reported that Martone was in attendance with Jacobs at Duffy’s Provincetown nuptials — which featured a pair of strip-happy guests, natch — the New York Post alleges that Martone was nowhere to be seen.

According to The New York Post:

“They’ve both been telling people that they broke up,” friends said. Martone shot down rumors this month that he’d moved out of the Chelsea Merchantile apartment he shared with Jacobs, but sources say he’s planning to go soon…

A rep for Jacobs said, “We don’t comment on Marc’s personal life.” Martone also declined to comment.”
