Dolce & Gabbana’s New Kids’ Line Is Super Cute

Dolce & Gabbana has entered the ever-expanding (and always adorable) children’s wear arena. Its first kids’ collection will be available in July.

What can you expect? “A miniature version of our signature line,” according to Stefano Gabbana. But don’t let the small sizes fool you — this newest addition is a big one. As per WWD:

The debut collection, which bows for fall, is extensive, comprising about 1,300 stockkeeping units and all product categories — clothing, innerwear, beachwear, accessories and footwear, targeting newborns and boys and girls up to 10. It also includes a unique and exquisite division dedicated to the baptismal ceremony.

Both Gabbana and Domenico Dolce interviewed moms to ensure their tiny duds would be practical, as well as pretty. There are cashmere capes for little girls and velvet suits for little boys and it all sounds quite fabulous.
