For a red carpet that we would characterize as fairly vanilla, there were still some looks from last night’s Emmy Awards that we found sartorially offensive.

Olivia Munn is a stunning young woman with a great body, but this dress isn’t accentuating that. It has way too much going on- shiny, striped, too many seams, overly draped. It looks messy. The makeup and hair however, are as usual, beautiful and soft.

I have to vote Zooey Deschanel. I love her, but not in this baby pink dress.
I realize that my view is contrary to most all I have read or heard, but I thought Julianna’s dress by Armani was delightfully fresh, becoming, and elegantly simple!!! I loved it!!!

1st off, Armani Prive is the blame and Julianna Margulies, those shoes are cuuuute. im looking for some like those. Also, the color is great on you. You pulled it off, the color.
Roksanda Ilincic , you must be careful, ive seen errors with that color and fabric before, it doesnt work unless you can work it, but this item?, no sorry. Dianna, why this?Jayma Mays and Zuhair Murad, pretty, too much tule for me, but it works for her this on time. Carolina Herrera, i dont know how this dress is supposed to be put together. The pattern is nice and the color, but try something else. Olivia Munn, not so much, try something not as tight on the bottom, you show alot on top. Maybe the Armani Prive skirt from Number 1. Louise Roe, pretty coloer, but too dressed down, doesnt work here because the dress isnt pretty enough. Nicole Miller is usually good at placement, wedding dress was hers, but not this time. Zooey Deschanel, take away rope add huge bib necklace with dazzle, hair pinned up, keep poof, and maybe add long gloves :) your cute him, <3 ya
