Gucci’s Frida Giannini Welcomes A Baby Girl!

Congratulations are in order for Gucci‘s creative director Frida Giannini who just welcomed her first child with husband Patrizio di Marco on Saturday!

The happy parents have named their March 2 baby Greta. A Gucci spokesperson confirmed the news to Vogue UK and stated that “both mother and baby are doing well”. Giannini began her maternity leave one day after the Gucci fall 2013 show walked in late February and will reportedly be back to work soon for the menswear spring 2014 collection, which is slated to show in June.

We’re going to assume that Giannini will create Gucci-only ensembles for Greta. Looks like we’re going to have a style-off between Greta, Suri Cruise, and Harper Seven Beckham!
