  Charlize Theron’s gown looks like someone threw together a few pink 80′s taffeta prom dresses and pinned them all together with a gaudy silver pin. Also if she was trying to blend in with the golden globe signs behind her she definitely succeeded!  Ugh.. thumbs down for sure!!

  Gully’s comments were right on. Michelle Williams was disappointing. Marilyn would never have worn that dress after she was in 3rd grade. Couldn’t agree less with islandgrl. Charlize has it and put it out there without having to throw it at us.

  Sarah Michelle Gellar was definitely *the* breath of fresh air on the red carpet. She looked beautiful and cute. Her hair, her makeup, her jewelry, even her tan were spot on. She brought something youth- and playful to the award show with her beautiful dress and being. Very nice.

  I LOVE SARAH’S DRESS. SHE LOOKED YOUNG AND FUN! Ever notice how the “Best Dressed” every year are the stars that make the most money and are the “A Listers”? When was the last time Angelina or Reese were called worst dressed? Because no one would dare say that even if it were true. I did NOT like Angelina’s dress this year…super boring and Reese was super safe.

  UGH Kelly Osborne. Gray hair is so last year, and that dress is atrocious. Other than that I liked most of these. Except Margulies needs to seriously cool it on the Botox! Loved Charlize, Rooney Mara, Sofia Vergara and Salma Hayek, but you guys missed Angelina Jolie and Claire Danes!

  You’ve completely missed the mark here.  Your Worst Dressed List is WAY better than this Best Dressed List.  These were all horrid.  Julianna’s looked like it came from some old draperies.  And I simply don’t get your utter fascination with Tilda Swinton.  PLEASE slap some makeup on that old hag.

  I loved Sarah Michelle Gellar’s dress! A great silhouette with out-of-the-box color treatment. Makes me think of these water pics: http://michalfanta.com/portfolios/water-drop-photography/ also, Rooney Mara’s style since TGWTDT could make her an icon. Brilliant!
