Red carpets are notorious proving grounds for trends, and the ground outside of this years’ Golden Globes ceremony was just littered with them. Perhaps without even knowing it, the celebrities who showed up to watch awards season get its start laid the framework for what we’ll be seeing at the Grammys and the Oscars — and what we’ll be seeing on the street come springtime.
