Grace Coddington’s Cat Is The Star Of Her Balenciaga Collaboration

Looks like Choupette‘s got competition.Grace Coddington designed a collection of scarves and bags with Balenciaga, and we’ve got your first look. The accessories are printed with Coddington’s sketches of her cat Pumpkin in a selection of Nicolas Ghesquière‘s looks for Balenciaga from the last decade.

The “Pumpkin Papier” canvas tote bag comes in an ecru or orange shade (pictured above), and can be yours for the low, low price of $1,000. The capsule collection also includes a silk scarf for $395 and a wool scarf for $495, both of which also feature drawings of Pumpkin. The line will launch at the Balenciaga store in NYC’s Meatpacking District on Fashion’s Night Out, and 20 percent of proceeds will benefit the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons.
