PHOTOS: The 7 Worst Dressed Celebs On The Grammys Red Carpet

No one arrived in an egg at this year’s Grammy Awards, nor did anyone bring a fake Pope as a date, but that’s not to say that there weren’t some WTF moments on the red carpet.

We do appreciate that many stars flouted CBSridiculous dress code and showed off their “bare sides or under curvature of the breasts” with reckless abandon, but some did so more successfully than others. Jennifer Lopez tried to merge Angelina Jolie‘s Oscars leg and Beyoncé‘s VMAs pregnancy dress with very limited success in a black, slit-up-to-there Anthony Vaccarello gown. We applaud the young designer for fast becoming the patron saint of bare thighs on the red carpet, but this instance missed the mark. Maria Menounos likewise sported a confusing slit on the red carpet, though hers went right up the front of her Gomez-Gracia dress.

Nicole Kidman chose a lace Vera Wang in a very unfortunate shade of yellow, paired with black (why black?), Nineties-looking slingback sandals and a flushed complexion. And, while she seemed like a total sweetheart on stage, Kimbra‘s dress seems to be growing gilded barnacles and emitting puffs of blue tulle.

Last, and also generally least in our books: Chris Brown. Ick. We hope he bought that Lanvin tux and Alber had no hand in it.

See these looks and more in the gallery below, and let us know who you think had the worst look:

Some of these dresses were ugly, but nothing is uglier than domestic abuse.

I regret to say that Rihanna looked very nice (’cause I can’t stand her since she is everything I despise in a woman), and Beyonce dropped the siren look for a moment, but the most stylish person was definitely Florence Welch, she never disappoints with her voice and her outfits.
