Helen Mirren Rocks Leopard And Leather On The Red Carpet

When it comes to red carpets, there’s a lot of talk about dressing one’s age. Typically, this comes in the form of clutched pearls and blogger outrage every time Taylor Momsen forgets her pants, but older women aren’t exempt either. Amidst all the hemming and hawing over sleeve length and decolletage on display, there’s one woman who always manages to break every so-called rule without, well, breaking a single rule: Helen Mirren. Case in point: the leather and leopard get-up she wore for the european premiere of Arthur.

Dame Mirren walked Tuesday’s red carpet decked out in a floor length, leopard print dress by Dolce & Gabbana, which she paired with a cropped leather jacket and a safety pin necklace around her neck. Honestly, we’re not sure the 66-year-old has ever looked better.
