PHOTOS: Hermès Gets Tech-y With Computer-Inspired Ties

For its winter 2012 collection of neckties, legendary French house Hermès drew inspiration from none other than technology — computers, to be exact. How very 2012.

Hermès designed several heavy twill ties with subtle prints created from recognizable computer parts, like the on/off button, keyboard, and recycling logo (though this last one has nothing to do with computers really). The patterns are pretty cool, and are definitely not noticeable, unless you’re trying really hard to figure out what they are.

But it gets even better! Hermès designed a new site to complement the ties, and obviously, it’s very tech-y and involves some fancy Flash and animation.
