PHOTO: Jason Wu’s Sketch For Michelle Obama’s Inaugural Gown

To say that Jason Wu is having a good night would be a huge understatement. Not only did Michelle Obama wear the designer four years ago at the 2009 Inaugural Ball, but she did it again tonight. And of course, she was stunning.

Michelle paired the designer’s custom-made red chiffon and velvet gown with matching Jimmy Choo heels, dazzling bangles, and a Kimberly McDonald ring. The dress’ color, cut — everything — were on point, and even POTUS himself couldn’t resist and sweetly kissed his wife several times during their dance.

CNN‘s Alina Cho tweeted Wu’s sketch of the dress. The drawing points out little details here and there that we normally wouldn’t pick up, but, of course, the sketch doesn’t really hold a candle to the real deal.
