Jean Paul Gaultier Releases A Tattooed Diet Coke Bottle
Jean Paul Gaultier, the recently-appointed creative director of Diet Coke, just released the third design in a set of limited-edition bottles that will be sold in Europe this month. Why can’t we get this stylish collab stateside?!
The first two limited-edition bottles designed by Gaultier were inspired by day and night, and featured his signature Breton stripes and conical bra. The newest edition is more similar to the night-inspired bottle, showcasing tattoo art in a corset shape.
Coca-Cola is no stranger to designer collaborations. They love to have designers create artsy bottles for them — before JPG was Karl Lagerfeld. Maybe they can tap an American designer next, and release these babies in the states so we can make our caffeine habit a little more chic?
