PHOTOS: Jennifer Lawrence Takes A Red Carpet Risk In Dior

Jennifer Lawrence won on multiple counts tonight in our book: she’s close to perfect in this sweeping red gown by Christian Dior, who the actress apparently favors. The color looks beautiful and warm against her skin, the shimmer helps it pop on the carpet, and the metal cinch around the middle helps ground the gown by keeping it modern.

But we weren’t sure what to make of the bust area, which looked precariously close to falling down while Lawrence posed for the paparazzi, not to mention the external cup-like detailing.

In any case, we doubt she’s concerned, since she capped the show with the ultimate accessory: an award for Best Actress for her turn in Silver Linings Playbook.
