Joe Zee Can Now Add Red Carpet Reporter To His TV Resume
It’s a good thing Joe Zee‘s name rhymes with TV, because he seems to be doing a lot of it. Just two weeks ago, we learned that Zee had been given his own show on the Sundance Channel, and now Fashionista reports that Extra has tapped the Creative Director to be their Special Fashion Correspondent for the Emmy’s.
Zee will be reporting from the red carpet Sunday night, but his segment won’t actually air until Monday.
Good for Zee, but what does this mean for his tenure at ELLE? Between having his own show and what is sure to be the first in a series of guest-reporting gigs, how will Zee find the time to do what he does so well at ELLE? And furthermore, how high are Zee’s television dreams? At some point he’s going to have to choose between creative directing one of our favorite magazines and a fulltime television career, no?
It seems like it would be in ELLE’s best interests to keep him on in some capacity, if only for the publicity.
