Kardashian Sisters Get Seriously Photoshopped In New Denim Line Ads

Still trying to keep up with the Kardashians? You’re going to need a whole lot of airbrushing. In the promotional shots for their new denim line for Sears, the sisters’ legs have been whittled to mere twigs.

The sisters debuted the collection, which features only three cuts (we’ll let you guess why that is), earlier this week along with a set of photos. One features Kim, Khloe and Kourtney sitting together wearing the jeans with white shirts, and then there are individual shots of each girl wearing the jean named after her. The group shot and Kourtney’s individual shot are passable facsimiles of reality, but Kim and Khloe’s knees and thighs have been reduced by so much that they don’t look like they could support their weight.

Sadly we’re never surprised when we see Photoshopping of this magnitude, but we are a little shocked that the Kardashians would submit to it. It’s not like we don’t see paparazzi photos of them walking around in jeans every week, so how could they (or whoever does Sears’ marketing and graphics) possibly think we’d believe that this is what Kim’s thighs look like? Take a look at the images from the campaign below.

    that looks sooooo ridiculous

I don’t think it’s overdone plus campaigns and ads are supposed to sell fantasy not blunt reality that’s how the money rolls in. I don’t think it’s a big deal and I’d rather see this then then the cellulite Kim shared with the public not to long ago.

Khloe’s jaw is totally different too….

Kourtney.  Perfect without artifice.  Thanks, God.

People are photoshopped in ads. People have been photoshopped in ads since photoshop has existed. People will be photoshopped as long as the software exists. And when some better software comes out they’ll move on to that. This is not a new story. This is not something anyone is surprised about. This is what is expected. Guess what. The Hamburger pictures in McDonalds ads are not real and you’re hamburger won’t look like that when you buy it. I say “Get over it.” Its’ not a surprise. It’s not new or special.

How are the chances of photo shopping them completely out of the advertising? I am so sick of these phony, plastic, no talent bimbos that lack any morals, appearing all over the place…..WHY????

    Ummm…image #5 isn’t Kourtney…it’s Khloe  :/

Yes, but i havent always been aware of what im seeing as being photoshopped. Im bad at eyeballing stuff. So this helps. I personally dont like when NO TALENTS make money for no reason. Why are they famous????? And youre gonna cheat with it. Shiiid, id rather let betty white and carrolle channing get that photoshop ad contract!

WHat’s interesting to me is that they did it so badly. The advertisement with Kim, her rear looks terrible, where as in the unretouched picture she has a fantastic ass. God I can’t believe I just commented on this.

  • Kristen

lol that looks awful! who wants ugly stick legs anyway, especially when they make the torso look like a keg! photoshop is dumb. i wish advertisers would get real.

Still trying to figure out how a woman can have such a tiny waist yet have such a big butt. Proportions are wrong.
