Karl Lagerfeld’s Net-a-Porter Collection Debuts This Week!
Karl Lagerfeld‘s Karl line will go live on Net-a-Porter Wednesday, and today we were able to preview the goods.
As we reported last month, the 70-piece collection is all about black, leather, and sequins. There are hints of color (a pink motorcycle vest, for instance) and a bit of white, and it’s all très Karl. We tried on the detachable collars and fingerless gloves, but we let a model don the cool girl threads. Like our look below? The dress has pockets, people! Also, those are real sneakers, not that Isabel Marant fakeout business.
The pieces retail from $50 (a canvas tote with Karl’s face on it) to $1350 (a textured leather jacket). If you want to snag a piece for yourself, shop your heart out online later this week or see if you can win some Karl at one of the five pop-up window shops around the globe. On Wednesday, Paris, London, Berlin, Sydney, and New York will debut windows where visitors will be able to scan products with their iPhone or iPad Net-a-Porter Karl app for a chance to take home some free Karl goodness.
