Karl Lagerfeld And Snoop Dogg Are Working On A Music Video
What’s old, fancy, dressed all in white and wakes up at the crack of dawn to film rap music videos? Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld, of course!
Women’s Wear Daily reports the couturier and serial workaholic strolled into the legendary San Tropez cafe Senequier (because where else would he eat breakfast, Denny’s?) to film a segment of French recording artist Jean-Roch Pedri‘s new music video. We don’t know the name of the song the video corresponds to, but we do know that Snoop Dogg is involved with its production and will appear in the video, too. And if there’s one thing we’ve learned about fashion, it’s that fancy designers plus awesome rappers always, always, always equals awesome.
After all, that’s been the case with everything Kanye West has done in the past three months, and Diddy’s attempt to do the same thing, last year’s album Last Train To Paris, was a pretty big deal in terms of how many fashion people lent their voices to various tracks.
So. Without further ado, here’s a little Snoop to tide you over until the new video comes out.
